What we do
The services provided range from individual applications that are tailored to customers' needs – such as process automation or information management – to software engineering of databases and internet/intranet applications and three standard software products in the HR area.
The flagship product is Ingentis org.manager, a tool for automated organizational chart design. Ingentis org.manager is a plug and play solution and enables direct SAP® connection as well as open data interfaces for all major personnel administration systems like Oracle® or PeopleSoft®. Besides automated org chart creation, Ingentis org.manager meanwhile also offers features which support visual HR management and controlling.
The second product in the HR area is called Ingentis easy.pes. The tool supports HR professionals to plan and evaluate assessment centers and personnel development seminars. A sophisticated routine to automatically create time schedules and multiple graphical reports support the whole process of such events.
The newest product is Ingentis distribution.list, which automates the process of maintaining and organizing email distribution lists. The relevant information for keeping the distribution lists up to date are requested by any leading system (HR, CRM, etc.).
Meanwhile Ingentis and their cooperation partners in several countries serve over 600 customers on four continents, such like Hewlett Packard, Deutsche Telekom, Siemens, Nestlé, Coca Cola, Lukoil, BMW, Volkswagen and many more.
Certifications by e.g. Microsoft, SAP or Oracle underline the professional and technical competences of the company.
History
Ingentis has in fact been up there in the big league in this respect ever since 1997...
... when six fellow developers from a renowned software company based in Nuremberg (Germany) came together to form their own independent company.
Thanks to the solid project-based experience of these founding partners, the new company soon managed to establish itself in the market and build up a substantial client base.
Four of the founders of Ingentis are now assisted by a group of employees and trainees, who are all involved in projects that concentrate on the creation of intelligent, future-orientated IT solutions.

Infrastructure
Ingentis disposes of its own heterogeneous server network, which can be used at any time to try out the the client's complete project-specific infrastructure.
In the area of databases, all systems used are available in various versions - with the latest versions installed.
The permanent connection and operation of various web servers allows Internet applications to be developed and perfected onsite, and gives the client the opportunity to try out and test applications as the development phase progresses.
