| Au salon PERSONAL2007 de Stuttgart, Ingentis a présenté son nouveau stand pour la première fois. Ce dernier, très attractif à attiré un grand nombre de visiteurs, qui ont souhaité en savoir plus sur nos solutions logicielles de création d'organigrammes et de gestions de séminaires de recrutement.

| | | Un des évènements clés du salon a été la présentation de T-Mobile dans un des forums pratiques appelée "Au delà de la gestion par organigrammes". Dans cette présentation T-Mobile a évoqué les améliorations notoires en terme de transparence et de qualité dans le domaine des ressources humaines apportées par l'utilisation d'org.manager en tant qu'outil de gestion visuelle.
Cette présentation a été particulièrement plébicitée et sera à nouveau présentée lors d'autres évènements dans un futur proche.

| | | |  The new version of org.manager, which will be released at the beginning of November 2005, is approaching fast. There are already screenshots available, which show the great new layout and design possibilities of org charts.
By using shadows, color gradients and background images the org charts become much more attractive and plastic.

| | | |  Furthermore it will be possible to manipulate the allignment of each single box within the org chart. Thereby absolutely individual org structures will be displayed in a comfortable way.

| At the fair Zukunft Personal 2005 in Cologne easy.pes 2.0 was introduced to the public for the first time. The software tool to plan and evaluate assessment center and personnel development seminars met lively interest in Cologne.
The broad spectrum of interested parties made obvious, that easy.pes is not solely able to support classic assessment centers. In principle all seminars and events where exercises, participants and observers play a role, can be planned and evaluated much more comfortable using easy.pes and a lot of time can be saved.
The automated time schedule creation (including editing functionality afterwards), the easy handling and the wide ranging statistics and reports where the hightlights for most visitors.

| | | Since August 2005, Ingentis offers a new service to its customers and interested parties. Using the software of the Australian developer Interwise online meetings and events are held.
In the future online events will take place in which the tools org.manager and easy.pes are presented. Everybody may sign up for such an event and is able to get an easy and profound overview over the functionalities of both tools. Due to the fact that those events are live and interactive, paticipants will have the chance to ask questions as well.
Interested parties can also have an one-to-one online meeting to be informed individually and detailed about an Ingentis product.
Furthermore online meetings will be used for support issues and during individual software development projects.

| | | Right now Version 2.0 of the assessment center software easy.pes is in the beta test stage.
Multiple enhancements will be part of the full version which will be released in July 2005. Besides an automated time schedule creation it will be possible to create a time schedule completely by hand, to ensure the greatest possible flexibility.
In the middle of July 2005 further information and screenshots of the new version will be released on the Ingentis webside.

| | | At the SAP Human Resources and Financials Congress in Karlsruhe (Germany) Version 3.2 of org.manager is presented to the public.
Besides multiple improvements are also completely new features implemented in this release. For the first time it is possible to display dotted line relationships within the position plan. Furthermore it is possible to configure the search dialog and displayed information in tooltips, status bar and detail windows.

| | | SAP Russia invited two managing directors of Ingentis to visit the office in Moscow.
The Human Resources department of SAP has already become aware of org.manager some time ago. By now several customers of SAP Russia have become interested in a high quality orgcharting solution. Therefor SAP Russia and Ingentis established a first meeting in Moscow.
On the second day of the visit the tool was already presented to one of the most interested companies. The simple handling, the flexible graphical layout and the smooth display of cyrillic characters gave a positive impression.
The visit was one more big step for Ingentis to establish org.manager in the international market.
