| | | Most of the data used in HR personnel development seminars will be reused in each individual seminar. Once entered in easy.pes, this data is maintained via the Navigator and can be copied fully or partially into a new seminar, so setting up a new seminar will take only a couple of minutes.
Part of this data are for example exercises, observers, criterias and venues.
All master data is linked to the client for whom the seminar is conducted - a feature especially designed for consulting companies.
|
| | | Use the Wizard to create a new seminar step by step. easy.pes Wizard guides you through the creation process by just asking you for the information not already available in your master data, to ensure that the new seminar will be generated correctly as well as efficiently. Of course this information can be updated any time as long as no assessments are entered.
Although the wizard has a clear structure it gives the user the chance to build his own seminar in a very flexible way. For example is it possible to enter the most positive and most negative available assessment for each seminar. How many steps are available for the observers is up to you and can differ from seminar to seminar.
|
| | | Once a new seminar is created, the seminar schedule will be generated automatically.
You want to do some fine tuning? – fine! Just take a look at the next heading.
|
| | | The 'Edit Seminar Dialog' lets you 'repaint' the generated schedule. You want to 'paint' it yourself? – easy.pes provides you with an empty canvas and stores your 'painting'.
Change the exercise data (time, duration, sequence, room, etc.)
Insert/delete coffee- or lunch-breaks
Change the assignment of observers to exercises, etc.
When editing your seminar data, there will be a status bar at the bottom of the edit window, giving you notes or warnings to ensure the consistency of the entered data (e.g. 'The specified observer can't be in two different rooms at the same time').
|
| | | For your seminar to run smoothly, a lot of information for observers as well as participants has to be available in print. easy.pes provides you with a variety of printouts covering all the necessary information to start right away.
Built-in reports cover the following topics:
Individual schedules for each seminar day, schedules for observers, schedules for participants, exercise matrix (which partici-pant/observer takes part in which exercise?), observer matrix (which ob-server assesses which partici-pant?) and
rating sheets (provides each observer with one sheet for each exercise and participant, showing the criteria/skills to be assessed together with the predetermined rating scale leaving ample space to note his/her ratings and remarks).
Since easy.pes is customizable, additional reports can be added on your request.

Observer statistics

|
|
After assessment centers often the feedback to observers is missed out. In the long term this can lower the quality of the assessments. By means of the extensive reports are also observer statistics just one click away.
