 | | | You can choose between different programs which are designed for the displaying of your company data:
A program suitable for all Windows platforms, the HTML export, an ActiveX control and the Java display applet designed to display your data in every common web browser.
 | | | The display-program screen is divided into four sections in the case of the PC version.
The left-hand section shows the entire company structure in a Windows Explorer-type display. The top right-hand window shows the company's structure in the form of an organigram. The window below it displays a list of the members of staff of the department or section currently selected. The frame in the lower left displays individually configurable additional data of the currently active organizational unit.
| | | The program can be controlled exclusively from the mouse. Individual areas can be opened and closed within the left-hand window. Selection of a department or section causes the corresponding organizational chart to appear in the organigram window, while the corresponding staff list is displayed in the lower window. Right-click to access the context menu, which allows you to open and close branches and print out organigrams and staff lists.
 | | | Click on an organization element to display a staff list for the selected department or sector in the corresponding window. Left-clicking on an organization element opens the corresponding (upstream or downstream) organigram structure. The user can thus browse through the entire organigram structure of the organization - at a click of the mouse.
 | | | The HTML export is absolutely dynamic configurable. The available areas (tree, org chart, employee list and detail view) can be placed freely via templates. The complete layout can be adjusted to a level, that an integration into an already existing intranet is no problem at all.
| | | The HTML export is the platform independent alternative to the Java applet or the ActiveX control. It only requires a web browser which supports JavaScript (JavaScript is supported by all established browsers).
On client-side, no plug-ins are required, so the corporation-wide use is provided without additional installations. Furthermore, the layout of the HTML pages can be edited using templates. With the template sets, the adaptation of the HTML export to any corporate design is possible. The three main components (company structure as tree, graphical organigram and the person list) can be freely positioned. Single components can also be hidden if they aren’t required. The HTML export comes with a powerful search function and printing functionalities, too.
 | | | The functionality of the ActiveX control is similar to the PC version with the difference that the ActiveX control is executed in a web browser (i. e. Microsoft Internet Explorer).
| | | Thereby the employees access the organigrams over the intra- or internet. The ActiveX control can be easily integrated in existing intranet pages.
 | | | The Java applet also offers nearly every feature of the PC version.
| | | The illustration on the left shows the graphic interface of the Java version of this display program. A left-click on the mouse is all that is required to take a virtual interactive tour through the organization. Right-click to display a list of the staff members of a particular depart-ment or section. A series of Java dialogs is provided to allow you to search through these departments, sections and staff-member lists.
 | | | This allows you to provide access to the company structure and staff data via a company-wide Intranet and of course, if you wish, worldwide access via Internet.
