| To show complex issues in a transparent and easy to understand way, a highly flexible graphical visualization is mandatory.
org.manager offers this flexibility, without giving up the automated process in any way. All layouts can be defined once and even based on rules. No org chart will ever have to be drawn manually anymore.

| | | The example shows different situations by using icons (depending on the average age of all employees of one department different icons are displayed / employees who are able to give first help have a red cross next to their name). Furthermore the boxes of the first three hierarchy levels are designed completely different.

Switching from organizational to position chart, boxes show data from the vacation system (remaining leave) and data from time recording (overtime) for every single employee.

org.manager [html] is completely based on style sheets and templates and therefore can be adjusted to existing portals very comfortable. Most adjustments can even be made by without HTML know how.
