How to keep track

Given the large number of scheduled evaluations, it is essential to have comprehensive statistics and reporting capabilities. This is the only way to guarantee realistic and fair assessments of participants. In general, the ratings are not to be understood as a final result of the assessment center, but should be used in an observer conference as a basis for discussion. A clear and concise presentation is essential and this is guaranteed by each individual report.

	Participant Profile / Profile Comparison

	Participant Profile / Profile Comparison displays the ratings in relation to the evaluated competences and skills for one single participant or several selected participants as a line graph. Strengths and weaknesses can be detected and discussed, even in comparison to other participants. Different participants are shown in different colored lines.

	Participant Individual Statistic

	This report shows the ratings for all the exercises each individual participant has attended. The summary part of this report shows average and standard deviation for each competence.

	Participant Summary

	This report shows the highest and lowest rating, average and standard deviation as well as overall ratings for the seminar for each participant. Participants are shown in descending order (i.e. best is first). Each page is concluded by the seminar's overall average and standard deviation.

	Observer Individual Statistic

	This report shows each individual observer's assessments throughout the seminar. Ratings for each participant are shown as a bar graph as well as the seminar's overall ratings, indicating percentages as well as the total amounts for each rating registered. The dotted rectangle in the participant area indicates average and standard deviation for this observer.

	Observer Summary

	The observer summary provides a complete survey for all observers and their registered ratings throughout the seminar.
