Technical design study about visualizing org charts and other HR data on mobile devices

The Ingentis org.manager [company browser] casts a glance into the future of mobile devices and how they can be used by HR. Platform for this study is a Samsung tablet running Windows 8. Certainly similar scenarios would be possible on any other tablet, such as the iPad.

The navigation through the org chart is accomplished by an intuitive touch handling. due to the limited display size detail information are not directly integrated within the org chart itself. On additional detail screens information about managers, employees, possibly existing vacant positions and data from talent management or succession planning are displayed.
