Our development department is responsible for creating Ingentis products & cloud-based solutions. We are seeking developers with expertise in both back end & front end. Creating a perfect solution for our customers is our ultimate goal, so software development & collaboration with the consulting & quality control teams are vital.

The Service & Consulting team, comprised of software experts, keeps in contact with our customers worldwide. Additionally, our consultants provide on-site training at the customer’s office, lasting two to three days. During this time, they install software, answer customer queries, and assist with long-term projects. The team works in close collaboration with developers, product managers, and quality managers, with the aim of providing tailored solutions to clients.

As a DATEV software partner, our developer team for tax consultancies offers standard software products to perform analyses and reports. Our experts create complex database queries and procedures and implement meaningful reports. In addition to a profound coding knowledge, they have consultation expertise and are in regular, direct contact with customers.

The “internal services” team at Ingentis consists of experts who ensure that business operations run smoothly. This encompasses a variety of tasks, from order processing and accounting to personnel management and general office organization; in addition to daily coordination with colleagues, customers and business partners. We are seeking well-rounded individuals who find pleasure in the diversity of an office environment.

The marketing team designs websites, print media, advertising materials, and marketing campaigns; creates content in the form of brochures and videos; and communicates with external agencies. Furthermore, they perform search engine optimization and social media management. Additionally, they assist the sales team in presenting our software in online meetings, on-site, and at trade shows.

The partnering team at Ingentis maintains close contact with our worldwide system partners, integration partners, and sales partners, who are HR system providers and consulting companies offering their customers Ingentis software. Our partner managers keep our partner network up to date with Ingentis solutions, enabling them to provide the best advice to their customers. To ensure this, the team provides workshops and online meeting support and develops joint sales projects. They also define and expand interfaces to HR systems and coordinate the listing of our software products in business app stores and marketplaces.

Software development inevitably involves dealing with bugs, but our quality management team takes steps to minimize them. They create test concepts, automate test processes, and document their results in our project administration system. Additionally, they are in constant communication with our developers and the Service & Consulting department.

Ingentis provides you with cutting-edge software development skills, such as C#.net, HTML5, and JavaScript. You’ll kick off your training with seminars, then put your skills to the test by working on actual projects. We’ll have your back with mentors available to assist you throughout the process. As an apprentice, you’ll get to work directly with the development teams on our software products. During your apprenticeship, you will attend a vocational school in 2-3 week blocks at the Fürth school, providing an essential supplement to the topics and areas you learn in our company.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of tasks related to service and consulting for our customers and partners. You will communicate with them in person, by telephone, e-mail, and/or online meetings. You will become an expert in our software products and take on technical setup, configuration, and product presentations and training. Additionally, you will create concepts, manuals, and documentation.

By completing your training, you will become a professional in the administration of modern IT systems, including the installation and setup of operating systems (client and server), ensuring a high level of IT security (firewall, virus scanner) and the support of modern cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365. As a full member of our admin team, you will be integrated during your training and act as a contact person for IT matters of colleagues. You will also have a mentor from the IT admin team to provide support and ensure you build up sound knowledge.
