Compliance with Legal Requirements<\/p>

Ingentis is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations and ensuring that all employees fulfill their responsibilities. If someone discovers or suspects a violation of applicable law or the Ingentis Code of Conduct, that person is required to immediately report the incident to their supervisor, management or through our whistleblower system.<\/p>\n

All reports will be treated confidentially and anonymously and will be thoroughly investigated in accordance with the applicable data protection guidelines. Ingentis Holding ensures that no whistleblower is disadvantaged.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

To prevent any form of collusion, we do not share any relevant information about Ingentis with our competitors. Ingentis respects the trade secrets and property rights of third parties and protects its own know-how.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Corruption and Bribery<\/p>

We do not tolerate any form of corruption or bribery. This includes, in particular, offering improper payments or similar benefits to government officials or other decision-makers in order to influence their actions in any way.<\/p>\n

Suppliers and Partnerships<\/p>

We expect our suppliers and business partners to adhere to the principles and values of this Code of Conduct. If business partners do not share these principles, Ingentis will not enter into a partnership with them.<\/p>\n

When selecting and dealing with our suppliers and partners, we apply the same principle of equal treatment as we do with our own employees.
