REWE creating transparency in the organizational structures

“Transparency” and “Overview” - these are requirements that evolve to real challenges if they are to be met in a multi-national corporate structure involving more than 270,000 employees in 12,000 locations. The corporate group encompasses companies like the British mobile network operator EE Limited and became aware of the HR software product via its subsidiary T-Online. “Our aim was to find a flexible tool that shows the organisational structure across the group and in a simplified form”, tells us Mario Glintzer, Application Management HR, T-Systems.
