REWE creating transparency in the organizational structures

“Transparency” and “Overview” - these are requirements that evolve to real challenges if they are to be met in a multi-national corporate structure involving more than 270,000 employees in 12,000 locations. Born in the mid-1990s and later, most of Gen Z will be entering the workplace within the next few years and have an even closer bond to technologies and social networking than Gen Y. They have high expectations from all technology since they have grown up with mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets.

The corporate group encompasses companies like the British mobile network operator EE Limited and became aware of the HR software product via its subsidiary T-Online. “Our aim was to find a flexible tool that shows the organisational structure across the group and in a simplified form”, tells us Mario Glintzer, Application Management HR, T-Systems.
