Cooperation to pave way for new Ingentis org.manager extension
Taking their partnership to the next level, Ingentis and Oracle have now agreed to a Gold partnership. This paves the way for new joint projects, thus bringing the org charting tool Ingentis org.manager even closer together with Oracle’s HR systems.
For several years now, Ingentis has offered an interface that connects Ingentis org.manager with Oracle PeopleSoft. As a result, users of the on-premises HCM system can easily create individual org charts that facilitate HR management and visualize important KPIs for efficient HR controlling.
The Gold partner status provides new possibilities of broadening this cooperation, especially when it comes to the cloud. In the world of Oracle’s on-premises HCM, Ingentis org.manager has already proven to be a reliable and efficient solution. Therefore, the next logical step would be to make the org charting tool available for users of Oracle HCM Cloud.
Markus Eckl, Head of Partnering at Ingentis, explains the planned advancements accompanying the new extension: “In comparison to the on-premises standard, the Ingentis org.manager extension for Oracle HCM cloud would show enhanced options of visualizing organizational structures. In addition, users would gain full flexibility when it comes to layout, the visualization of KPIs or when performing reorgs via Drag & Drop.”
Ingentis will exhibit at this year’s OHUG (Oracle HCM Users Group) global conference in Orlando. Live demos of Ingentis org.manager are available at booth 509.
