Collaborative partner ecosystem delivers solution extension and integrations that further enhance the employee experience
NUREMBERG, GERMANY – Ingentis today announced it has joined the UKG Connect Technology Partner Program, a collaborative ecosystem of solution providers working with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) to deliver integrations, applications, and innovations that provide a simplified and more connected technology experience. UKG is a leading global provider of HCM, payroll, HR service delivery, and workforce management solutions.
With this collaboration, organizations that utilize Ingentis alongside UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, and UKG Ready (formerly Workforce Dimensions from Kronos, UltiPro, and Kronos Workforce Ready, respectively), can benefit from a customizable and flexible visualization of their organizational structure and HR data. Ingentis’ solutions additionally allow for comprehensive workforce modeling based on the customer’s current corporate structure. All key performance indicators (KPIs) affected by potential changes are updated in real-time, allowing leaders to make more informed business decisions.
“We are excited about our partnership with UKG,” said Michael Grimm, CEO at Ingentis. “Together, we will further enhance the employee experience and help our clients stay on top of their HR data. The possibility to visualize information in almost any desired form combined with the option to model future structures of their organization and immediately see effects on important key metrics supports our customers in preparing for the future.”
Ingentis brings two organizational charting solutions to the partnership with UKG: the Ingentis org.manager Suite, which not only creates custom organizational charts automatically, but also offers a comprehensive feature set including org modeling and big data visualization; and orginio, an easy-to-use cloud application designed for small and medium-sized companies to display hierarchy structures and important KPIs as well as to create what-if scenarios via drag and drop.
UKG’s suite of solutions are leveraged by 50,000 organizations globally. UKG Dimensions is a cloud-native global workforce management suite that delivers real-time operational insights to unburden managers and empower employees. Its intelligent platform enables a platform-as-a-service partner model with a robust application programming interface (API) framework that provides unprecedented extensibility.
UKG Pro is a powerful global HCM solution for large and medium-sized enterprises to manage every aspect of the employee lifecycle, from recruiting, payroll, and talent management, to HR service delivery and industry-leading workforce management. The people-first AI platform embedded within UKG Pro uses machine learning and natural language processing to help HR teams make better predictions, analyze survey sentiment, and deliver personalized recommendations to improve engagement. It’s third suite—UKG Ready— helps small and medium-size businesses manage the entire employee journey, from pre-hire to retire, with a flexible, seamless HCM experience.
“At UKG, we build lifelong partnerships with our customers so they can create connected and meaningful experiences for their employees,” said Mike May, senior director, UKG Connect Technology Partner Program, UKG. “By cultivating a highly engaged ecosystem of technology partners, we’re able to solve critical business problems in novel ways. This empowers our customers with more opportunities to improve the employee experience, achieve new operational efficiencies, and extend the value of their UKG investment.”
