Enter 1000 ratings - nothing easier than that

At assessment centers or similar seminars, it is not uncommon that after a seminar up to 1000 and more assessments of the observers have to be entered and evaluated. Mostly this even has to happen at a certain time pressure because you want to discuss the results as quickly as possible. Ingentis easy.pes offers all the features for a fast, smooth, and thus error-free entering of observer ratings with a sophisticated and user-friendly input dialog. The dialog can be made, depending on the preference of the user, as well entirly by mouse as by keyboard. In which order opinions from participants, observers, or exercises are to be entered can be decided by the user.

Painstaking sorting of assessment sheets is no longer necessary. Already this entry dialog is an overall summary for a particular participant and a list of missing inputs can be viewed. Individual missing ratings can thus be found and added easily.

Assessment matrix – storing comments about the participant

During assessment center events or seminars, comments about the participants relating to the evaluated criteria or the exercises often have to be recorded. In Ingentis easy.pes, all values can be entered and positive, negative or neutral comments that apply for a participant across the board or to one specific criterion/ exercise can be set in an assessment matrix. A general comment about each participant can also be entered.

The comments can then be shown later as a text module in the report on the participant. In addition, values for one criterion that differ significantly from another can be highlighted in the matrix in color. This quickly shows any major differences between the observers' assessments.

Result conditions – from when the participant passed

Result conditions – from when the participant passed

Result conditions for the recorded assessments can be entered. This permits a precise determination of how the seminar result is to be classified – when the participant passed, for instance. The conditions can be defined for individual criteria, competencies, exercises or across the board for the overall result. Multiple conditions can be associated with one another as you wish.
