Our browser-based extension »People Directory”« lets employees find their colleagues and contact information quickly and easily. This leads to increased productivity and improves networking within the company.

The »People Directory« search can be carried out based on various criteria, such as the name of the desired person or the organizational unit. A clear output of the hits in list form provides the desired information within a short time. Calls can then be made or e-mails sent with just one click. The detailed view of the employee searched for provides further information such as position, department, or personnel number. Of course, the »People Directory« also includes a direct link to the organization chart.

Our »People Directory« extension enables employees to find colleagues and their contact information quickly and easily. It is possible to search not only by name or organizational unit but also by operational function, manager, or cost center, among other things.

The detailed view of the employee searched for contains information such as position, department, or personnel number. Calls can then be made or e-mails sent at the click of a mouse. If the employee is unavailable, the display of the team colleague, the manager, or the subordinate employees makes it possible to find alternative contact persons quickly.
