The first milestone in Ingentis’ collaboration with bayern innovativ was participating in the “IMP3ROVE Corporate Sustainability Navigator Assessment” in which Ingentis’ ambitions and activities regarding economic, social, and ecological stability, as well as its management of sustainable development were independently analyzed and benchmarked against international peers. The assessment is based on the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Derivation of concrete measures
While the results show that there are further improvements to be made, Joachim Rotzinger noted that “It’s become clear that we have already achieved a number of important milestones, and set further improvements into motion.” He then went on to say “At the same time, however, we can see that there is potential for further development – for example, the design and direction of ESG for our customers, in the development of our personnel, and concerning how we at Ingentis volunteer and support charitable projects in the region. True to our motto ‘Bringing potential to life’, we have begun the gradual development and implementation of additional measures that fit with our customers, our employees, and our company as a whole.”
