Our Code of Conduct

Motivation

As a value-oriented company, we at Ingentis are aware of our responsibility towards all stakeholders. This Code of Conduct serves as a guide to the values and basic principles of Ingentis.

It describes how we act in our company and how we behave towards employees, customers, business partners, society and the environment.

Social Responsibility

Human Rights

We are committed to internationally recognized human rights and to the basic principles of business ethics as set out in the ten universally recognized principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

If we have any doubts about the ethical justifiability of a behavior or decision, we take the time to weigh up our motives carefully and, in case of doubt, make a decision after consulting our company management.

Employee Rights

Ingentis respects the right of employees to freedom of association, freedom of assembly and collective bargaining, insofar as this is legally permissible and enforceable in the respective countries.

Our behavior towards each other is characterized by mutual respect, fair and open interaction.

Ingentis does not tolerate any form of harassment, whether sexual or any other type of harassment or insult. Ingentis does not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, ethnic origin, gender, religion, ideology, disability, age, sexual identity or other characteristics.

We promote our employees on the basis of their skills and qualifications and support cooperation, diversity and tolerance.

Health and Safety

Working Hours and Pay

We attach great importance to complying with all labor standards that are in line with existing laws, contracts and regulations, especially with regard to fair pay.

Child and Forced Labor

Ingentis condemns all forms of child and forced labor. We expect our suppliers not to tolerate or use child or forced labor. In addition, our suppliers are prohibited from sourcing materials from supply chains associated with child or forced labor. They are obliged to take appropriate measures to ensure that their own suppliers also comply with these principles.

Compliance with Legal Requirements

Ingentis is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations and ensuring that all employees fulfill their responsibilities. If someone discovers or suspects a violation of applicable law or the Ingentis Code of Conduct, that person is required to immediately report the incident to their supervisor, management or through our whistleblower system.

All reports will be treated confidentially and anonymously and will be thoroughly investigated in accordance with the applicable data protection guidelines. Ingentis Holding ensures that no whistleblower is disadvantaged.

Integrity

At Ingentis, we base our actions on generally recognized ethical principles and principles, in particular integrity, honesty, respect for human dignity, transparency and equality.

We comply with the applicable laws and regulations when collecting, storing, processing and transmitting personal data and information.

Fair Competition and Anti-trust Law

The success of Ingentis is based on the quality of our products and services, the professional expertise of our employees and their integrity. We are fully committed to fair competition and firmly reject anti-competitive behavior. We do not enter into agreements with competitors to influence competitive conditions such as prices, discounts, quantities, sales and payment terms or technical features.

To prevent any form of collusion, we do not share any relevant information about Ingentis with our competitors. Ingentis respects the trade secrets and property rights of third parties and protects its own know-how.

Corruption and Bribery

We do not tolerate any form of corruption or bribery. This includes, in particular, offering improper payments or similar benefits to government officials or other decision-makers in order to influence their actions in any way.

Our employees are also prohibited from accepting bribes or personal benefits offered to them in order to influence their decisions.

Suppliers and Partnerships

We expect our suppliers and business partners to adhere to the principles and values of this Code of Conduct. If business partners do not share these principles, Ingentis will not enter into a partnership with them.

When selecting and dealing with our suppliers and partners, we apply the same principle of equal treatment as we do with our own employees. We observe the principles and values of this Code of Conduct.
