The Challenge

At Häcker Kitchen, missing or incorrect master data repeatedly led to issues such as payroll errors, incomplete reports, and unnecessary correction loops. At the same time, it was difficult to gain a comprehensive overview of the current status of HR data. Manual validation processes and Excel checklists proved to be time-consuming and error-prone.

The Solution

With the Data Quality Screening of Ingentis org.manager, a central tool was introduced to automatically and continuously monitor data quality in SAP HCM in real time.
