Joachim Rotzinger is the CEO of Ingentis and focuses on how companies can best unlock their organizational and human potential. Prior to this, he spent approximately 20 years in various leadership roles at the Haufe Group. His focus is on future-proof organizations that are both high-performing and adaptable.

Timo Sandritter is Global President and a member of the Executive Board at Ingentis, where he oversees global growth, partnerships, and market expansion. His focus is on organizational analytics, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning to support data-driven decision-making in companies. He brings extensive experience in building and scaling international SaaS organizations.

Tobias Weiß is COO and CPO at Ingentis and has been involved in the company’s development for more than 15 years. Drawing on his deep product and customer experience, he drives the further development of Ingentis org.manager and ensures that new technologies and innovative approaches are successfully integrated into the product and the organization.

Saskia Hald is Chief People & Culture Officer at Ingentis and is responsible for advancing the company’s people and organizational strategy. Her focus is on organizational development, leadership and talent development, and scaling modern HR structures. In doing so, she combines strategic HR work with practical implementation and change management.

Markus Kreitinger is the CFO at Ingentis and oversees finance, controlling, and strategic corporate management. His focus is on data-driven decision-making and profitable growth. He combines in-depth financial expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in building scalable SaaS business models.

Christian Liß is the CTO at Ingentis and is responsible for technology, architecture, and engineering. He has extensive experience in building and developing high-performing teams, as well as in leading technological transformations. His focus is on resilient organizations, modern leadership, and the development of innovative software solutions.

Christian Suhrbier is the CEO of Ingentis Kanzlei.Suite and is responsible for the strategic development of the solution. With over 20 years of experience in banking, FinTech, and TaxTech, he combines technical expertise with a business-oriented perspective. Today, he and his team help over 500 law firms work more efficiently and provide optimal service to their clients.

Alexandre Diard is Managing Director France at Ingentis and is responsible for market entry and go-to-market strategy in the French market. He drives sustainable growth by building scalable structures and high-performing teams. With over ten years of experience in the HR tech sector, he is known for clear execution, a results-oriented approach, and strategic excellence.

Alexander Scheidt leads the Professional Services division at Ingentis in North America, focusing on successful implementations and high customer satisfaction. He is responsible for project execution, consulting strategy, and the expansion of scalable services in the SaaS environment. His areas of expertise include organizational design, data-driven HR transformation, and the integration of strategic consulting with operational implementation.

Benjamin Detzel is Global VP of Customer Success at Ingentis and supports companies worldwide in implementing data-driven organizational and HR processes. His focus is on organizational design, organizational analytics, and the strategic use of HR data to create transparency and enable informed decision-making. In particular, he helps organizations carry out efficient and future-proof reorganizations.

Fabio Marti is Vice President of Marketing at Ingentis and has more than 20 years of experience in global B2B software marketing in the licensed software and SaaS sectors. His focus is on brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline development, as well as the creation of effective go-to-market strategies. He combines expertise in digital marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations.

Felix Pohl is VP of Go-to-Market at Ingentis and is responsible for the company’s international growth strategy. He develops scalable, data-driven market entry strategies and coordinates sales, marketing, and partnerships. His focus is on measurable growth and positioning Ingentis as the leading solution for data-driven organizational design.

Markos Tafakis is Global Vice President of Sales at Ingentis and has more than 15 years of experience in HR tech, organizational development, and business strategy. He supports companies worldwide with reorganizations and transformation projects. His focus is on data-driven organizational design, organizational analytics, and sustainable organizational change.

At Ingentis, Markus Eckl develops international partnerships and oversees key initiatives in the areas of alliances and revenue operations. His expertise lies in the intersection of HR tech, strategic partner management, and the development of sustainable ecosystems.

Patrick Majer heads the global Professional Services division at Ingentis and drives the ongoing development of the organization, processes, and collaboration. His focus is on data-driven management, scalable delivery structures, and high service quality. In doing so, he combines strategic initiatives with operational excellence and strengthens both customer focus and international teamwork.

Sabine Hagege heads Product Management at Ingentis and is responsible for the strategic development of the product portfolio. Trixi Distler is VP of Controlling at Ingentis and is responsible for data-driven controlling, reporting, and KPI management. She has extensive experience in building scalable reporting and data structures and lays the groundwork for well-informed business decisions.
