Lasting impact on the outside starts with responsible action on the inside. That’s why we continuously improve our own sustainability performance. We set clear goals and regularly check whether we’re meeting them.

Progress requires transparency.

Sustainability is a process, and it has to be traceable. In our annual sustainability reports, we give transparent insight into our commitment, measures, and goals. The most recent reports cover 2025, 2024, and 2023. We also have our ESG performance independently assessed by Synesgy.

Highlights from the latest report

Emissions reduced
We further reduced our direct emissions and indirect emissions from purchased electricity (Scope 1 and 2). One contributing factor is the gradual transition of our vehicle fleet to hybrid and electric vehicles as leases expire.
Corporate volunteering expanded
Our employees took part in four different volunteering activities for social and environmental projects, putting social responsibility into practice.
Significant improvement in sustainability performance
Our Synesgy Sustainability Rating rose from 53 to 92 out of 100 points. This confirms that we’ve reached a high level of sustainability performance in benchmark comparisons and that our measures are working.
