Flexible printing of an org chart across multiple pages, including a table of contents. Enables printing of the entire company structure or selected sub-hierarchies with a dedicated page layout and company logo.

PowerPoint export
The org chart can be exported to a PowerPoint file for manual editing.

Visualization rules
Conditional formatting, icons, and interactive rules in the interface allow org charts to be customized as needed. Vacancies or specific employee groups can be hidden, or positions highlighted with colors.

Mobile Experience add-on for org charts
An output of the org chart optimized for smartphones and tablets, with touch controls and an adjusted resolution.

Flexible and combinable layouts (e.g., tree/feather)
Org charts can be displayed as tree or feather structures, or as a combination of both. This allows for either a more compact or a more detailed display

Reusable conditions
Users can select a combination of conditions (e.g., count only female trainees), and the result is displayed in real time within the org chart.

Preloaded datasets
Preloaded datasets from SuccessFactors enable direct access to different data states – for example, five stored time snapshots – without additional loading times.

Data manipulation and KPI calculation
Filtering and manipulation of objects as well as KPI calculations are possible. This allows, for example, certain employees or positions to be hidden or key performance indicators to be calculated

Configurable data export to CSV, Excel or XML
All or certain parts of the data can be exported to a CSV, Excel or XML file.

Time slices
Different time slices can be used to monitor developments over time and identify trends at an early stage. Additional time slices are possible by booking the “HR Trends Board” or “Big Data Add-on”.

Generic dashboard
A standard dashboard with the most important KPIs that provides quick insights without configuration.
