The certification process involved completing a comprehensive questionnaire, examining areas such as our energy consumption, employee satisfaction initiatives, and efforts to foster diversity and inclusion. Synesgy conducted both automated and manual evaluations, ultimately awarding us a rating and certification. Alongside this, we received valuable recommendations to further strengthen our ESG performance in the future.
