Sustainability is an integral part of Ingentis’ corporate strategy. This is demonstrated by the latest result of the “IMP3ROVE Corporate Sustainability Navigator Assessment”, which we have now completed for the second time with the support of consultants from Bayern Innovativ: since the last assessment, our score has risen from 57% to 73% – impressive progress that underscores our commitment to responsible business practices.
Ingentis had already undergone the first audit in July 2023, in which the status quo in 15 ESG topic areas – based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals – was determined. At the same time, ambitious targets were set for further development. The second assessment took place in January 2025, in which progress was measured and new measures were defined.
Thanks to targeted measures, Ingentis was able to achieve significant improvements. The following initiatives, among others, had a particularly positive impact:
With a current score of 73%, Ingentis is well above the average of the peer group (61%). But we want to go even further: The new action plan for 2025 once again sets ambitious targets to further improve our ESG performance.
The ESG certificate from Bayern Innovativ is a strong sign of our progress and an incentive to continue on our path to a more sustainable future.
