Paris, January 19, 2026 – Ingentis, a leading provider of software solutions for org design, org analytics and org charting, has announced the opening of its French subsidiary. Based in Paris, the new office – located at 88 Avenue des Ternes in the 17th arrondissement – strengthens the company’s international footprint and will serve as a central hub for customers in France and the Benelux region.

New leadership for the French market
As part of this expansion, Alexandre Diard has been appointed General Manager France. Alexandre brings more than 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS growth and HR technology, having led strategic marketing, sales and product initiatives across international markets and worked closely with HR and transformation leaders to understand their challenges and priorities. His background spans leadership roles in global SaaS companies and deep expertise in helping organizations navigate digital transformation and complex workforce ecosystems. He will lead local operations and work closely with customers to address the specific regulatory, organizational and strategic challenges faced by large enterprises.

“French and Benelux organizations are increasingly looking for solutions that give them reliable visibility and control over complex structures,” says Alexandre Diard. “With a dedicated local presence, we can engage more closely with our customers, understand their context, and deliver solutions that truly enhance organizational performance.”

Meeting the challenges of complexity and transformation
Organizations today operate in an environment of constant change. Matrix structures, ongoing transformations, workforce evolution and the demand for data-driven leadership are increasing the pressure on HR and management teams. Ingentis’ expansion into France is a direct response to these market dynamics.

With its trusted platform Ingentis org.manager, the company enables organizations to visualize, analyze and optimize their structures across all phases of the corporate lifecycle, including M&A, restructuring, succession planning and strategic workforce design. The solution is trusted by over 2,000 organizations worldwide, including many of the world’s largest and most complex enterprises.

“Organizational performance is no longer a nice-to-have – it is essential for business resilience and growth,” says Joachim Rotzinger, CEO of Ingentis. “By establishing a local team in France, we are strengthening our ability to deliver high-impact solutions and help our customers master complexity with speed and confidence.”

Strategic step in international expansion
This move marks a new milestone in Ingentis’ international growth journey. With existing operations in Germany and the United States, the French subsidiary reflects the company’s commitment to being closer to its customers and delivering on-the-ground expertise in key markets.
