The report provides a comprehensive insight into Ingentis’ environmental, social and economic efforts. Among other things, initiatives to reduce the CO2 footprint, programs to promote employee satisfaction and support for charitable projects are described in detail. With this publication, we want to set a strong example for responsible entrepreneurship and transparency.
At the same time, we are aware that we still need to improve in many areas. The sustainability report is intended to help us do this, as it provides a good insight into the adjustments we can and must make. In the run-up to preparing the report, we used a materiality analysis to define the main topics we are focusing on. This analysis was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and taking into account the concept of dual materiality (more on this in the report from page 12).
Of course, the 2023 Sustainability Report is not intended to be a one-off project. It is the beginning of our ongoing efforts to have a positive and sustainable impact on the world around us.
