Our Review of 2024

As we approach the end of an eventful year, we want to make a meaningful gesture. Instead of distributing Christmas gifts to our customers, we have decided to support Klabautermann e.V., a charity based in Nuremberg, with a donation of €5,000.

Klabautermann e.V. provides invaluable support to families with premature or at-risk newborns, as well as children with chronic illnesses or physical disabilities. The organization aids young patients in the hospital, for example, by funding urgently needed equipment, while also offering (psychological) support to their families. Their work focuses on empowering parents and siblings, helping them navigate challenging situations, and unlocking the full potential of the family unit.

Our decision to support Klabautermann e.V. was intentional. The organization’s regional roots allow us to make a positive impact within our community. Furthermore, their mission aligns with our values by promoting holistic care and support for individuals in need.

With this gesture, we aim to bring joy while also embracing our responsibility – something that has defined our approach throughout 2024.

Our year began with a special kickoff event at Ronhof Fürth, where we laid the foundation for 2024 as a team. Together, we engaged in deep discussions about what defines Ingentis, how we want to collaborate, and the strategy that will guide us into the future. This groundwork was essential for a successful year filled with milestones.

A major highlight in recent months was the release of our first sustainability report – a significant step in our commitment to sustainable business practices. The report is a clear statement of transparency and responsibility, serving as the starting point for further initiatives we plan to implement in the years to come.

2024 was a year full of impressive events where we were able to present our Ingentis org.manager and our expertise in the areas of Org Design Software, Org Analytics Software and Organigram Software to a wide audience. At events such as Zukunft Personal Europe, Unleash World, Unleash America, SuccessConnect and HR Tech in Las Vegas, we made valuable new contacts and presented the powerful functions of our platform.

A particular highlight was our joint series of topics with COPETRI, which culminated in top-class masterclasses with exciting experts. The participants included our Ingentis Advisory Board member Prof. Dr. Stephan Fischer, Sandra Amler from Hugo Boss, Marc Wagner, Head of Employee Experience at Atruvia IT AG, Kai Anderson, Partner and Transformation Lead International at Mercer, and Thomas Resch, Transformer & HR Evolver at metafinanz. The series culminated in a presentation by Joachim Rotzinger and Oliver Sowa, Managing Directors of Beutlhauser Holding GmbH, at COCON24. Their topic: “Everyone is always screwing with people: When we should rather be carpentering better structures!”

We also had the privilege of taking the stage alongside our customers at other events. For instance, at HR Tech in Las Vegas, we collaborated with the American media giant NBCUniversal, and at the HR Data Summit by the German Association for Human Resource Management, we partnered with Häcker Kitchens, one of Germany’s largest kitchen manufacturers. These events not only allowed us to showcase our solutions but also provided invaluable opportunities to engage with leading minds and thought leaders in our industry.

We have also made great technological progress this year. Our Ingentis org.manager platform was not only optimized with new functions, but also supplemented with several powerful modules. Our solutions offer our customers valuable tools for designing modern organizations. New features include
