Premium partnership 2025

Ingentis intensifies cooperation with BPM

Ingentis org.manager Premium

Ingentis has been an official premium partner of the German Association of HR Managers (BPM) since January 1, 2025. After joining as a supporting member in May 2024, the company is now intensifying its cooperation with the association in order to actively shape the future of the HR landscape together. The aim is also to support BPM members with know-how and expertise in the areas of organizational design, org analytics and data visualization in order to optimally position their organizations for future challenges and fully develop the potential of their structures and employees.

We’re delighted to have Ingentis as a premium partner by our side, helping us support BPM members in advancing their organizational development – because this is a core people business.

A central element of the premium partnership are the three Coaching Days that Ingentis will organize in 2025 for the BPM community and all other interested parties. The online events on 4 April, 26 September and 21 November will provide participants with practical approaches and modern methods to make their organizations more efficient, agile and resilient.

Joachim Rotzinger, CEO of Ingentis, emphasizes the importance of the premium partnership:
“It is a pleasure for us to accompany BPM as a premium partner. We value the open dialogue with the HR community and see the joint work as an opportunity to make organizations not only more resilient, but also more forward-looking.”

Focus on the BPM 2025 theses

The HR theses, which the federal association publishes annually and which highlight the key challenges and trends in HR work, also provide an exciting framework for the partnership. Topics such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainable organizational design and the promotion of diversity and inclusion will be the focus in 2025, as has now been officially announced. These aspects also touch on Ingentis’ core competencies as a provider of solutions for Org Analytics, Org Design and Org Charts.

“The Theses 2025 are not only a valuable guide for the entire HR community, but also an inspiring impulse for us as a software provider. They illustrate how important it is to use data-driven approaches in organizational development in order to meet the growing demands,” says Joachim Rotzinger.

Back in 2024, Ingentis and the BPM hosted an exciting online masterclass on HR Thesis 3, “It’s the orga, stupid!”. The well-attended session used three practical examples from the companies CLAAS KGaA mbH, Häcker Küchen GmbH & Co. KG and HH2E AG impressively demonstrated how important data-based organizational design is for the success of modern companies and how HR can have a direct influence on organizational effectiveness through targeted analyses.

The premium partnership offers Ingentis even more valuable opportunities to be present at various BPM events and initiatives in the future and to contribute its expertise in the areas of organizational design and development.
